The 3 money mistakes I see people in their 20s make every single time

I've talked to hundreds of young people about money, and the same 3 mistakes keep coming up:

1. Waiting for "enough money" to start saving

You don't need a lot. You need a system. Even if it's ₦5,000 or $20 a month — the habit matters more than the amount. Start where you are.

2. Mixing up looking rich with being rich

New phone every year. Designer clothes. Meanwhile, no emergency fund, no investments, no plan. The people who actually build wealth? They're boring with money — on purpose.

3. Not asking questions because they feel dumb

Nobody taught us this stuff in school. There's no shame in asking how compound interest works, or how to budget properly, or whether you should start a side business.

That's exactly why I started The Real Talk Circle — a space where you can ask anything about life, business, marriage, or money without judgment. Just real answers from real experience.

It's free to join. Come through and ask your first question.
