Nobody talks about male hormone decline until it's a crisis. Here's what I wish more guys knew at 35.

Every women's health app on earth talks about hormones. Almost nothing talks about what happens to men.

Here's the thing: testosterone doesn't just "drop off a cliff" at some magic age. It declines gradually starting in your early-to-mid 30s for most men — roughly 1% a year. The problem isn't the decline itself. It's that nobody tells you what it actually looks like day to day:

  • You're sleeping 7-8 hours and still dragging by 2pm

  • Body fat creeps onto your midsection even though your diet hasn't changed

  • Motivation and drive just... quietly disappear

  • Recovery from workouts takes twice as long as it used to

Most guys chalk this up to "getting older" or "stress" and never connect the dots. By the time they do, they're being pitched $500/month TRT clinics as the only fix — often before they've touched the basics that actually move the needle: sleep architecture, resistance training volume, and the specific nutrient deficiencies (zinc, vitamin D, magnesium) that tank T production.

I started The T Reset because I went through this myself in my late 30s — chased the fatigue and weight gain for two years thinking it was just "life" before anyone explained what was actually happening in my body. There's a real, natural path back to feeling sharp and strong. It just isn't marketed anywhere near as hard as the drugs are.

If you're a guy in your 35-55 range and any of this sounds familiar — you're not broken, and you're not just "getting old." Happy to answer questions on this thread.
