Hey ā I'm Coach Melody. Here's My Story (and Why I Finally Went Online)
If you're reading this, you probably found Titan Woman and thought "who is this person?" ā so let me introduce myself properly.
The Short Version
I'm Melody. I've been a certified strength and conditioning coach for over 12 years. I hold my NASM-CPT and CSCS, and I've spent over a decade in the trenches ā real gyms, real women, real transformations.
I've worked with over 500 women during my career. Beginners who were afraid to touch a barbell. Intermediate lifters stuck in a plateau. A handful who went on to compete. Every single one of them taught me something about coaching.
Why Strength Training for Women?
When I started lifting in my early 20s, the women's fitness space was dominated by "toning" workouts, pink dumbbells, and the fear that touching anything over 10 lbs would make you "bulky."
I ignored all of that. I fell in love with powerlifting. I competed. I got strong ā actually strong. And something shifted in my life that had nothing to do with how I looked. My confidence changed. My discipline changed. The way I carried myself changed.
That's what I want for every woman who walks through my (now virtual) door.
Why I'm Going Online ā Honestly
For 12 years, I've only coached in person. One-on-one, small groups, local gym. I loved it. But I kept hitting the same wall: I can only help the women who physically walk into my gym.
I've had women message me from other states, other countries, asking if I have an online program. For years, my answer was "not yet." I was scared, honestly. Putting yourself out there on the internet is different from coaching someone standing right in front of you.
But I realized I was being selfish. I have 12 years of knowledge, hundreds of successful client transformations, and a program methodology that works ā and I was keeping it locked inside four walls.
So here I am. This is my first online program. Titan Woman is me going all-in.
What Titan Woman Actually Is
This isn't a generic workout PDF. This is the same 12-week progressive strength program I've refined over years of real-world coaching:
Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4): Foundation ā nail your form, build base strength, establish the habits
Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8): Build ā push/pull/legs split, increase volume, real hypertrophy work
Phase 3 (Weeks 9-12): Peak ā strength-focused training, see what your body can actually do
Plus complete nutrition guidance (real food, real macros ā no crash diets), recovery protocols, and the mindset work that honestly makes or breaks your results.
What I Promise
I'm not going to pretend I have all the answers about running an online business. This is new for me. But here's what I do know:
The training content is battle-tested. This isn't theory. It's 12 years of "what actually works" distilled into a structured program.
I'm going to be here. I'm not some faceless brand. I'll be in the community, answering questions, posting tips, adjusting the program based on real feedback.
No BS. If something doesn't work, I'll fix it. If you have questions, ask. If you're struggling, tell me. That's how coaching works.
A Favor
If you're one of the first people here ā thank you. Seriously. You're trusting someone who's new to this online thing, and I don't take that lightly.
If the program helps you, leave a review. If something's confusing, tell me. If you want something added, suggest it. This community is going to be built together.
Let's get to work. šŖ

P.S. If you haven't started the 12-Week Strength Program yet, that's your first move. Chapter 1 walks you through everything you need to get started.
