Welcome to the Serve Toss Mastery System

You just made the single best investment in your serve game. Here's how to get maximum results:

Your First 24 Hours

  1. Open the Course → Start with Module 1, Lesson 1

  2. Print the SOPs → Each module ends with a done-for-you drill session template. Print them or save them to your phone.

  3. Set up your cone grid → You'll need 4 flat marker cones (any sport shop, ~$8). Module 3 gives you the exact measurements.

What to Expect

  • Week 1 — Baseline test, grip & release mechanics (you'll feel awkward — that's normal)

  • Week 2 — Target cone system goes live. This is where the magic starts.

  • Week 3-4 — Progressive narrowing + match integration. Your toss becomes automatic.

Rules for Results

  • Do every drill in order. The system is sequential for a reason.

  • Film yourself. Use your phone on a tripod. 1 video per session, front angle.

  • Post wins in the Community Chat. Accountability = consistency.

Why 90% of Serve Problems Start with the Toss (And How to Fix Yours)

Every coach says it. Every player ignores it.

Your serve is only as good as your toss.

You can have textbook mechanics, elite racquet speed, and perfect pronation — but if your toss lands in a different spot every time, none of it matters. You're compensating on every single serve, and your body knows it.

The Problem Nobody Solves

Most players "practice" their toss by… just tossing more balls. No targets. No measurement. No system.

That's not practice. That's wishful thinking.

What Actually Works

After coaching hundreds of players through toss rebuilds, I've distilled the process into a 4-week system built on:

  • Objective measurement — A baseline Toss Consistency Score (TCS) so you know exactly where you stand

  • Targeted drills — Grip, release point, and full-arm path mechanics broken into isolatable skills

  • The Target Cone Placement System — A done-for-you court setup with scoring zones that give you instant feedback every rep

  • Progressive narrowing — Your acceptable landing zone shrinks from 24" → 18" → 12" as you improve

  • Done-for-you SOPs — Every drill session is templated. Walk on court, open the sheet, execute. Zero guesswork.

The Result

Players who complete the system consistently hit 8/10+ tosses in a 12-inch channel — the standard for competitive-level consistency.

The Serve Toss Mastery System is live now. 4 weeks. 11 lessons. Every drill mapped out for you.

If you're serious about your serve, this is where you start.
