Start here — free lead audit (10 spots, worldwide)

What we do: every lead that contacts your business gets answered by text and email in under 60 seconds. Missed calls get texted back automatically. Reviews get requested without you asking. Then we run the ads to feed it.

Who it's for: service businesses anywhere in the world — dental practices, gyms, home services, contractors, med spas, salons, agencies. Any business where an unanswered enquiry is lost money.

Fully remote. We work with clients across every timezone. Everything runs over chat and email, nothing needs a meeting, and the automation itself works 24/7 regardless of where you or we are. Priced in USD.

---

1. Start with the free audit

We test your line, fill out your forms, and time your response as a real customer would. You get a written report showing exactly where leads leak and what it's costing you per month.

Use code FIRST10 — free, first 10 businesses only. Normally $47.00.

2. Then pick a system

  • Lead Rescue — $297.00/mo. The core automation: 60-second lead response, missed-call text-back, automated review requests. Code FOUNDING takes your first month to $148.50.

  • Growth Engine — $797.00/mo. Everything above plus managed Meta and Google ads, nurture sequences, old-customer reactivation, monthly reporting call. Code SCALE50 takes your first month to $398.50.

---

No contracts. Cancel any month. If bookings don't move in 30 days, we fix the offer or you leave.

Questions? Comment below or hit Contact support. Otherwise grab the free audit — it costs you nothing and you keep the report either way.

I called 40 local businesses as a fake customer. 31 never called me back.

I spent a week last month pretending to be a customer. Dentists, HVAC guys, gyms, two roofers, a handful of med spas. I called during business hours, left a voicemail if nobody picked up, and filled out the contact form on every website that had one.

Here's what actually happened.

31 of 40 never contacted me at all. Not that day, not that week. Never.

6 called back the same day. Of those, only 2 called back within an hour.

3 replied by email, all of them the next morning, all of them with some version of "thanks for reaching out, when works for you?"

The average time to first response across everyone who did respond was just under 19 hours.

Now here's the part that matters. Harvard Business Review ran a much bigger version of this study years ago and found the same thing: leads contacted within five minutes are dramatically more likely to convert than leads contacted an hour later. The prospect isn't loyal to you. They filled out three forms, not one. Whoever answers first usually wins the job before you've even seen the email.

So most local businesses aren't losing to better competitors. They're losing to faster ones.

What I'd fix, in this order:

1. Missed-call text-back. The single highest-leverage thing you can do. Somebody calls, you don't pick up, they get a text within seconds: "Sorry we missed you — this is Mike at [business], what do you need?" That's it. You've converted a dead call into a live text thread. Most people would rather text anyway.

2. Instant form response. Not a "we received your submission" autoresponder — those get ignored. An actual message that asks one specific question. "Got your request about the AC unit. Is it not cooling at all, or just weak?" People answer specific questions. They ignore generic ones.

3. Follow up more than once. Almost nobody does this. One attempt and they give up. Five touches over two weeks — text, call, email, text, call — will roughly double what a single attempt gets you. Set it once and it runs forever.

4. Go back to your old list before you spend on ads. Every business I audit has a spreadsheet or a CRM full of people who enquired six months ago and never got a second call. That list is the cheapest revenue you will ever find. Work it before you pay a platform for strangers.

5. Only then, ads. Buying traffic before you can answer it is just paying to lose faster.

None of this is clever. It's not AI magic. It's answering the phone, only reliably, and at 2am, and on Sundays.

If you run a local business, do the test on yourself this week. Have a friend call your line and fill out your form, then time how long it takes you to respond. Most owners are genuinely shocked. That number is your real conversion problem, and it's usually cheaper to fix than anything else on your list.

Happy to answer questions in the comments if anyone wants to talk through their specific setup.
