2. Flight delays kill unconfirmed rides. If your driver isn't tracking your actual flight (not your scheduled time), you'll either wait an hour for no one or pay a no-show fee that isn't your fault. Always confirm your driver is monitoring live flight status.

3. Fixed price beats "we'll figure it out." Negotiating on the curb after a 6-hour flight is a losing game. Lock in your price for the route before you travel — resort to airport, point to point, whatever it is.
