A dedicated VA fails when they weren't hired for your actual work

Most "Philippines VA" offers sell a person. That's the wrong unit.

The operators we work with — dental groups, Allstate agencies, movers, trucking — don't fail because they hired offshore. They fail because the VA was pulled from a bench, given a Slack login, and expected to guess the job.

Three things we refuse to skip:

1. Recruit against the workload, not a job title.

"Virtual assistant" is not a job. Inbound scheduling for a dental practice is. Dispatch follow-up for a moving company is. Quote the real work or don't hire.

2. Train on the client's tools before go-live.

If they haven't touched your CRM, phone system, and calendar in a sandbox, they are not ready. Day-one live work without that is how you burn a good hire.

3. Weekly QA, not a monthly "how's it going."

Score the work. Coach the misses. Replace if the fit is wrong. No lock-in.

If you're still interviewing VAs on personality instead of the work they will own this week, that's why it keeps breaking.

We quote within one business day after a discovery call. Dedicated VA is the entry offer.
