The study hack nobody talks about
Most students grind for hours and still bomb their exams. Here's why:
They study the material. They don't study how to take the test.
Every exam has patterns — the way questions are structured, the types of wrong answers they throw at you, the topics that always show up. Once you learn to spot those patterns, you go from "I hope I pass" to "I already know what's on this."
Here's a quick framework I use with my students:
Reverse-engineer past exams — Find 3-5 old tests and map out which topics appear most. That's your priority list.
Practice under pressure — Time yourself. If you can solve it fast under stress, the real test feels easy.
Teach it to someone else — If you can explain a concept simply, you actually understand it. If you can't, that's your weak spot.
I built TutorHub to give students a real edge — AI-powered study help, a community of students grinding together, and structured resources across every subject.
If you're in high school and tired of studying hard with nothing to show for it, check it out.
