The 3 texts that changed everything when I started setting boundaries
Most people in toxic relationships know something is wrong. The hard part isn't knowing — it's finding the words.
I've helped dozens of women craft the exact messages they needed to hear themselves say. Not generic "I need space" templates. Real, specific language that fits their exact situation.
Here's what I've learned:
1. The Mirror Text
Instead of accusing, you reflect their behavior back. "When you said X, the message I received was Y." No blame. No drama. Just clarity. It forces them to see themselves without giving them ammunition.
2. The Boundary Line
One sentence. Non-negotiable. No explanation needed. "I'm not available for conversations that include [specific behavior]." That's it. The shorter the boundary, the harder it is to argue with.
3. The Exit Door
This one's the hardest. It's not "goodbye forever." It's "I'm choosing myself now." The difference matters. One sounds like punishment. The other sounds like healing.
The women who come to me aren't weak. They're some of the strongest people I've ever worked with. They just need someone to hand them the right words at the right time.
If any of this resonates, I built Unbound Mindset to be that resource. Scripts, strategy calls, and full transformation coaching — whatever level of support you need right now.
You already know what you need to do. Sometimes you just need someone to help you say it.
