I've spent the last few years doing brand design for fashion startups, and there's a pattern I see constantly: the product is genuinely good, the fabric is right, the fit is right — but the brand still reads as amateur. It's never the clothes. It's always one of these three things:

1. Logo-as-afterthought. Founders design their own logo in Canva at 1am the night before launch. It shows.
