How we think about pricing infrastructure tools for teams of every size
One thing we get asked a lot: why tier by seats and support level instead of just charging a flat platform fee?
The honest answer — a 3-person team and a 150-person engineering org have completely different failure modes. A solo builder needs the platform to just work with zero setup. A 50-person team needs SLA-backed reliability and a real account manager who picks up the phone when something breaks in production.
So instead of one-size-fits-all pricing, we built tiers around where you actually are:
Starter — core platform access, 1 seat, community support. Built for solo builders shipping their first product.
Growth — 5 seats, priority support, advanced automation workflows. For small teams that just started scaling.
We're rolling out additional tiers (Professional, Business, Enterprise) for larger teams needing custom integrations, SLA-backed support, and dedicated infrastructure — those go live shortly as we finish account verification on our end.
Curious what people building here actually want more of: more seats per tier, more automation depth, or more hands-on support? Drop it below.
