Why most gym clothes are lying to you
Here's something nobody talks about in the fitness apparel space:
90% of "performance" gym wear is just fast fashion with a dri-fit tag slapped on it. Same polyester blend, same overseas factory, same 6-month lifespan before the fabric pills and the seams start giving out mid-set.
I started VLTAGE because I got tired of replacing gear every few months. Every piece we make goes through real training sessions before it hits production — squats, deadlifts, bench, HIIT, the works. If the fabric doesn't move right or hold up under load, it doesn't ship.
What actually matters in gym wear:
Fabric weight that doesn't cling when you're sweating through a heavy pull session
Seam placement that won't chafe during high-rep work
Cuts that look fitted without restricting your range of motion
Material that still looks new after 50+ washes
That's the standard. If your current gear doesn't hit all four, you're leaving performance (and money) on the table.
We drop new pieces monthly for VIP members first. If you're serious about what you wear in the gym, VLTAGE VIP is where you want to be.
