I’ve thought a lot about whether what I did was even worth writing down, because to me it feels quite simple.
I watched what I ate, weighed my food, moved more and trained even when I didn’t feel like it.
But simple doesn’t mean easy.
I did it while working rotating shifts and around 600 hours of overtime a year. I went from 111 kg to 83 kg. There were weeks when the scale barely moved and plenty of days when I didn’t want to train.
That’s why I made The Real Life Cut. I took the things I actually did and put them into a guide that someone else can follow.
I haven’t invented a new way to lose weight, and I’m not pretending I know everything. I’m sharing what worked for me and how I made it work around a busy life.
I’ll keep improving it as I learn more and hear what people need help with.
