1. Phone-first auth. Open the app, enter your number, verify with OTP. No email, no password, no forgotten credentials.

2. Arabic-native UX. Not translated — actually designed for right-to-left reading and familiar interaction patterns.

3. Drivers pay flat, not per-ride. The standard model takes 20–25% per trip. We charge a flat monthly fee instead. Drivers earn more. Riders pay less.
