You probably don’t need another business idea. You need a better system for the one you already have.
Most people stay stuck because they keep adding:
New offers.
New platforms.
New logos.
New strategies.
New tools.
But growth usually comes from simplifying.
Try this instead:
1. Pick ONE problem you solve.
Be specific. “I help businesses” is weak. “I help service businesses turn visitors into paying customers with a professional website” is clear.
2. Create ONE easy-to-understand offer.
Your customer should know what they get, how much it costs, and what happens next without needing a 30-minute explanation.
3. Create proof.
No clients yet? Build a sample. Redesign something. Create a mock project. Show people what you’re capable of instead of waiting for permission.
4. Talk to people every day.
Posting content is great, but conversations create opportunities. Reach out. Comment. Network. Follow up.
5. Track the numbers.
10 conversations → 3 interested → 1 customer.
Now you have data.
If you want more customers, increase the conversations or improve the offer.
That’s business.
Not endless planning.
Build → Show → Talk → Sell → Improve → Repeat.
You don’t need everything figured out before you start.
You need enough clarity to take the next step.
What’s the ONE thing you’re currently trying to grow?
