Introducing major changes to budget control, payouts, and fee structures aimed at clearing out bots and keeping campaign budgets for legitimate creators. Payouts are shifting from every 3 days to a single consolidated weekly payout. The previous payouts stay on the old fee.The new structure only applies to new V2 campaigns. V1 earnings, submissions, and analytics are being migrated this week. If they are not showing yet, they are not gone. To reward established clippers, a tiered CPM platform fee scale has been introduced based on your total account earnings:

• Under $1K lifetime earnings: 25% fee

• $1K+ earnings: 20% fee

• $2.5K+ earnings: 12.5% fee

• $5K+ earnings: 7% fee

Unreviewed/pending submissions now reserve budget from the total campaign, once a submission reaches a campaign's minimum payout, that amount will be reserved from the budget until the submission is approved, flagged, or rejected. this prevents campaigns
