Marcus Aurelius, Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerburg, and Aristotle. All great men through history, and what is the one thing they have in common? Journaling. Journaling their wins, failures, and ideas is the tool that led them to massive success in life, and can do the same for you.

The one habit that saved my side hustle

I was 3 months into building my first thing. No traction. No revenue. Constant doubt.

Then I started writing down two things every night before bed:

  • What went right today (even tiny stuff)

  • What I learned

Two sentences. Took 60 seconds.

After a week, I noticed something weird — I started looking for wins during the day so I'd have something to write. I was subconsciously making better decisions because I knew I'd have to reflect on them.

After 30 days, I scrolled back through my notes and realized I'd actually made real progress. I just couldn't see it in real-time because I was too close to it.

Most new founders quit because they can't see the momentum building. A daily journal fixes that. It turns invisible progress into proof.

If you're in your 20s building something on the side — try it for 7 days. Just two sentences before bed. I bet you won't stop.
