5 AI prompts that save real estate agents 10+ hours a week

Most agents hear "use AI" but have no idea where to start. Here are 5 prompts I use every single day:

1. Listing description generator

"Write a compelling property listing for [address]. Include: [beds/baths/sqft], highlight [unique features], target [buyer persona]. Use conversational tone, avoid clichés like 'stunning' or 'turnkey'."

2. Client follow-up sequences

"Create a 5-email drip sequence for a buyer who attended an open house at [address] but hasn't made an offer. Each email should be under 100 words, include one specific reason to revisit the property, and have a clear CTA."

3. Market analysis summary

"Summarize the following comparable sales data into a client-friendly market update. Focus on: median price trend, average days on market, and what this means for [buyers/sellers] in [neighborhood]." Then paste your MLS data.

4. Social media content batch

"Generate 7 days of real estate social media posts for Instagram. Mix: 2 market updates, 2 behind-the-scenes, 2 tips for [buyers/sellers], 1 personal story hook. Keep each under 150 words."

5. Objection handler prep

"List the top 10 objections [buyers/sellers] have in [market condition] and write a 2-3 sentence response for each that feels conversational, not salesy."

These alone replaced about 10 hours of writing and research per week for me. The full playbook with 30+ workflows, templates, and automation setups is in my guide.
