If you run the whole business yourself, stop using AI like a search box
Most owners I talk to open ChatGPT, type "write me an email," and get something they wouldn't send to their own mother.
That's not an AI problem. That's a briefing problem.
When you wear every hat, you don't have time to become a prompt engineer. You need a repeatable brief:
Who this is for (one customer, not "everyone")
What you want them to do next
How you actually sound
One constraint (length, offer, deadline)
Do that and the output stops sounding like a brochure.
The five jobs worth doing this way first: customer replies, follow-up emails, ads, proposals, and SOPs. Everything else can wait.
If you want the exact briefs I use for those five, they're in the bundle.
