Je vois souvent le même schéma : une agence décroche de bons clients grâce au bouche-à-oreille, mais dès qu'elle essaie de scaler, les résultats deviennent incohérents faute de process documenté. Chaque nouvelle recrue ou client réapprend tout depuis zéro.
La solution n'est pas plus de pub ou plus de prospection — c'est d'écrire noir sur blanc ce qui fonctionne, d'en faire une checklist, et de le rendre reproductible avant de scaler les effectifs ou le budget.
Je viens de structurer ma propre approche là-dessus (positionnement, pricing, et systémisation de la livraison) — je suis preneur d'échanger avec ceux qui veulent comparer leurs méthodes.
