What languages / regions are supported?

All of our info, guidance and support is in Swedish. We've tailored a solution to make it the best possible user experience for Swedish users. However, we do also have a few Norwegian / Danish users that appreciate our services.

How do I use the monitors?

A site monitor is basically a script that constantly checks the backend of a website and scans for new releases or restocks. In our case we have monitors for 150+ sites that are up and running 24/7 so that you can be notified as soon as something new drops or a random restock happens on any site. You can easily modify your notifications and pick what sites you want to be notified about.

I'm new to reselling, will you help me get started?

Yes, our staff team will make sure to provide you with the support you need to understand each feature and help you learn along the way. If you're not happy, we're not happy. Feel free to open a support ticket any time you have a question.

Do you provide information ahead of releases?

For each new release we create a dedicated channel for that specific sneaker. In that channel we post resell information, where / when the shoes release, all the raffles available, what bots to use, what manual methods to use, stock numbers and anything you can possibly need to get a head start.

Will you teach me how to use bots? And do I need to use bots?

We'll gladly assist you on how to acquire a bot, what you need to get started and guide you to the proper setup. We're also available along the way as you learn more and more for each release. However, you do not need to use bots to be successful. Majority of our members simply use our monitors and guidance to secure releases manually with ease.
