It’s always exciting to come across young business owners, and that’s especially true for teens who haven’t even graduated high school yet. That’s exactly the focus of the “From Idea to Launch” community, a group that wants to help teens turn their ideas and ambitions into actual brands and startups.

From Idea to Launch is a relatively new project run by Andrew Weir and Shiryans Ghosh, both of whom have been very successful entrepreneurs at a very young age.

Their goal?

To help all teens put their thoughts in action and start building their own brand - while they’re still in school.

To achieve this, the team has put together a detailed framework to help any member launch their business in a few days. They’ve also got additional courses, workshops, and personalized guidance to assist any teen looking to improve or scale their already-established brand.

If you want to join the From Idea to Launch community, you can find them on Whop now. Or you can read this review first, where I’ll go over all the aspects of the group, how they operate daily, and which of their premium packages is worth getting.

But first, a few words about the creators of From Idea to Launch.

The team behind From Idea to Launch

The From Idea to Launch community was founded in late 2024 by Andrew Weir and Shiryans Ghosh. Andrew began his career a few years ago with the TSARP podcast, where he interviewed a bunch of successful tech founders.

Andrew is known online as “TheCodingKid” for his fascination with programming and coding. He’s also a coding mentor for young kids through the kidOYO platform. But by far his biggest achievement is being the youngest entrepreneur to ever ring the NASDAQ closing bell at just 13 years old.

Shiryans is a coding enthusiast too and started out with Python coding courses. These courses were meant to help young kids and teens learn all about coding through several hands-on activities. Shiryans is also very keen on helping young entrepreneurs reach their goals, which is evident by him hosting startup competitions for his local community.

Andrew and Shiryans joined Whop to create the ultimate hub for aspiring teen entrepreneurs. The From Idea to Launch group already has dozens of active members and is one of the “most addicting” whops on the platform, with members spending hundreds of hours on the group’s whop.

A detailed business course

As soon as I got into the From Idea to Launch whop, I was immediately surprised by how simple, yet stylish it was. The team has chosen to only offer a few key sections on Whop to make things more streamlined for new members.

However, they’ve still managed to maintain an attractive appearance for the whop with custom icons for each section. And the team also has an active Discord server, which you can find a link for under the “Community Hub” tab.

To be honest, I would have liked a few more features on the From Idea to Launch whop, like a chatting function for members or some more utilization of Whop’s built-in apps. But I can understand that most of the group’s target audience will probably be more familiar with chatting on Discord, and all of the community’s important features are still present on Whop.

The first major section I checked out was the in-depth course the team has put together called “10k in Under 28 Days”. This is essentially a detailed framework that gives you all the necessary steps to launch your business and get your first customers in less than a month.

The course has several video modules taught by the From Idea to Launch on a bunch of business-related topics. It starts off with a module on developing your ideas and concepts and validating them, before moving on to an in-depth guide on how to properly set up your team and basic operations.

You can also find videos on how to develop an MVP (aka Minimum Viable Product), as well as testing different product iterations. Additionally, you’ll learn how to find your GTM (aka Go-To-Market) strategy, and different marketing and advertising techniques.

Finally, there’s a dedicated module for fundraising and investor relations, where Andrew will show how important the right network of important people can be.

Workshops and personal mentorship

From Idea to Launch doesn’t just offer the necessary steps to launch your business. The frameworks and guides the team has put together will serve entrepreneurs regardless of the stage of their business. You can join the group when you’re starting out, when you’re stuck and don’t know how to move on, or when you want to scale your brand.

One of the ways From Idea to Launch helps teens get started with their business is through the group’s “Interactive Workshops”. These are weekly live sessions where Andrew brings on successful young entrepreneurs to discuss their secrets and tips. Members can also ask any questions they want and receive unique insights from peers who’ve already made it.

One of the most important features at From Idea to Launch is the “1-1 Mentorship Calls” the group hosts. You can book a 15, 30, or 60-minute call with Andrew where he’ll help you sort your thoughts and take actionable steps to launch or improve your business.

Which package to choose?

If you want access to the From Idea to Launch community, you’ll need to choose your preferred package. The group offers a “Lite” and “Premium” membership option, with the former including everything the community has to offer apart from the 1-1 mentorship calls with Andrew.

The Lite package costs $15 a month while the Premium membership comes out to $19 a month, and both bundles offer a three-day free trial to try out the group.

I think the price difference between the two packages is very small, so I’d probably go for the Premium membership from the start.

From Idea to Launch – Join Andrew and Shiryans and turn your idea into a fully-fledged business

From Idea to Launch offers an excellent proposition that helps young entrepreneurs launch their own business. It’s nice to have guidance from two already-established teen entrepreneurs in Andrew and Shiryans, and they both have done a tremendous job setting up the community.

I also really liked the price point to enter the group, as I think it represents great value for a teenager that obviously doesn’t have the same financial power as an adult entrepreneur.

So, if you’re interested in a business-oriented group run by successful teen entrepreneurs, you can join From Idea to Launch on Whop today. If you’re not certain whether the group is the right fit for you, don’t hesitate to contact Andrew or Shiryans directly and ask any questions you want.
