During my search for high-quality crypto Discord servers, I came across Front Runners. At first, they didn’t seem special, although they had a strong following and some decent services. But then I noticed they were part of the Crypto Banter network, which made me excited to check them out.
If you’ve been in the crypto market, you’re probably familiar with Crypto Banter, the largest crypto media channel. One of their latest projects is Front Runners, a crypto trading Discord server led by Ran Neuner and several expert analysts that promises to provide its members with unique insights and crypto alpha.
I’m sure most of you are already queueing up to join Front Runners as soon as you can. But for those not swayed by the hype, allow me to share my findings on how the group operates from my time on their Discord server.
But first, let’s discuss a bit about the people behind Front Runners.
The Front Runners team
As I mentioned above, Front Runners is operated by a team of veteran crypto analysts, and the group is partially owned by Ran Neuner. Ran is also one of the founding members and CEO of Crypto Banter, a media group with millions of crypto enthusiasts behind them.
They’re even partners with Easy Algo, another huge crypto trading group full of high-quality price action indicators.
Getting back to Front Runners, though, the group was created in late 2023 to be a hub for advanced trading calls and ideas. Most importantly, Ran wanted a place where he could share his daily market reports and insights and all the crypto alpha he and his team of analysts find.
The Front Runners group has been very successful so far, attracting thousands of members to the Discord server. Combined with hundreds of five-star reviews on Whop, I think it’s clear these guys are doing something right.
Front Runners Discord server
Once I got into the Front Runners Discord server, I was surprised by the number of channels available. For some reason, I felt like this would be a huge server with dozens of different channels available.
That’s not actually the case, but it doesn’t take away from the group’s functionality at all. In fact, I really appreciated how the team has managed to fit all their content into a few distinctly labeled sections, which made my browsing experience much smoother.
I first got into the “Start Here” channel, where I learned some basic information about the group, and then jumped straight into the “Announcements” channel for the channel breakdown.
In the “General” section, I found several chat rooms where members can gather to talk about the crypto market, specific trade setups they’re working on, or general lifestyle topics.
There’s also a channel for major news in the crypto market, which only the group’s admins can post in, and a channel for members to post their successful trades.
Trading calls and ideas
After looking through the General channels, I spotted the community’s primary section where all the crypto magic happens – the “Charts/Trades/Analysis” section. This is where Ran and the group’s traders post their alerts and trade ideas, along with things like their watchlist and specific charts.
What’s great is each crypto analyst has their own channel in this section to share their different trading strategies. For instance, “Ran Birdie Calls” is a channel where Ran posts all the early information he has access to on upcoming projects, which is extremely valuable for finding good trades.
Each of the group’s trading ideas has a ton of research behind it, both by the analysts themselves and the community’s dedicated researchers. In fact, there’s an entirely separate channel called “Market Talk”, where the group’s researchers will share important posts about the whole market for easier access.
Apart from the standard, highly researched crypto trades, the group also offers a lot of alpha on airdrops. They even have a dedicated meme coin sub-community called the “Filthy Community”, which includes various channels to browse through.
It starts off with some major disclaimers about the risky nature of memecoins and continues with dedicated channels for “Paulo”, “Viri”, and “Oliver”. These are the group’s experts when it comes to memecoins, and each of them presents their market ideas and personal picks in case you want to tail them.
The Alpha Hub
I’ve already mentioned how Front Runners is all about providing alpha to their members. In case you’re not familiar with the term, “alpha” is basically information that hasn’t hit the market yet. Very few people know it, and that usually gives them an edge in trading. Front Runners have an entire “Alpha Hub” section, where they share unique information from their research or network.
There’s a dedicated “Research Call” channel for the team's daily community calls, where they actively review all the market insights they have for the day. In case you can’t make it, you’ll find detailed notes for every meeting and a full recording of it to watch at your own pace.
If the team stumbles upon any noteworthy news, they’ll put it in the “Internal Newsroom”, and you can find all their spreadsheets in the “Spreadsheets” channel. There’s also a very important “Psychology” channel, where “theirishman”, one of the group’s analysts, posts a bunch of important learnings about the mental aspect of trading.
Finally, there’s the “Daily Market Report”, a 20+ page document that Ran puts together every day for his show on Crypto Banter. In it, he shares insights on everything that happens in the market, and you can find some hidden gems you won’t find anywhere else.
What you get with Front Runners
Since Front Runners offers so many unique features, I’ve summed up the most important ones below.
- Daily trade ideas
Receive a bunch of well-researched trade ideas from the community’s analysts - Experienced team of analysts
Gain useful insights from expert traders, including Ran Neuner, a founding member of Crypto Banter - Research calls with the experts
Participate in daily Zoom calls for researching the market or watch live recordings of them - Daily market report
Read through Ran’s Daily Market Report, where he sums up everything that’s happening in the markets - Dedicated memecoin section
Find ideas and personal picks for memecoins from a bunch of the group’s experts
Choosing your membership
Front Runners gives you the option to choose from two different membership packages. The first one is the standard Front Runners membership for $199 a month, which unlocks the entire Discord server with all the group’s content, as well as their Telegram channel.
There’s also the “Ape Asylum” package that goes for $69 a month and gives you access to a unique memecoin community with specialized contributors. Just keep in mind these are much riskier trades, and you should probably steer clear of them if you’re just starting out.
Front Runners - a team of crypto experts that gives you advanced insights and alpha
All in all, Front Runners definitely deserves all the praise and hype it has gotten so far. Sure, the membership cost is a little on the high side, but I’d expect no less from a community that’s backed by Crypto Banter.
You’ll definitely get a ton of value for your money since you’ll be able to access market insights and alpha that very few people know, thanks to the group’s extensive network and market connections. This way, you’ll have a massive edge both in your own trades and the expert trades, should you choose to tail them.
So, if you’re after a high-level group with a huge reputation for all your crypto alpha, Front Runners is the place to be.
