I'm here to take dealing with day-to-day Shopify store operational management off your hands! When getting into eCommerce, most of us didn't envision spending so much time uploading products and editing our site.

I'm here to be your Shopify support assistant! I'm not a developer, but I've used Shopify (including Plus) since 2016 and can do anything that doesn't involve custom development. I'm here to make your life easier, especially when you get stuck on something small that I can help you fix.

*Key difference between this package and the $99/m package is that this is a support (think Fancy Hands) model, where you tell me what you want me to do. I action based on your requests.

I will commit to your store for that entire month. I'm hopeful you'll keep subscribing!

*I can only support Shopify stores that are English-based. I also do not support stores that dropship everything from multiple international locations.

What are examples of tasks that we would assign with this service?
Adding and taking down new products, basic product image edits, Amazon or Etsy syncing, site updates, & promos
How will I request support needs?
You will gain access to a ticketing system to request ad hoc needs and send chat messages for any questions.
How will you gain access to my Shopify account?
I will gain access by requesting as a Collaborator in Shopify and ONLY requesting for minimum necessary access.
What's the average turnaround?
All tickets will be responded to within 24 hours. Larger asks (1 hr+ of work) will be given an estimate for completion.
What tasks will you NOT do?
These include: customer service for your store, marketing strategy, design, cyber security, social media, or ads.
