My coaching call focused on product authenticity violation removal. Rob paid close attention to every little detail when it came to dealing with authenticity violations. I was seriously impressed by how thorough he was in tackling each aspect of the problem. I was particularly impressed by his plan of action that he thoroughly went over that has helped him get rid of a few authenticity violations in the past. What really stood out to me was his dedication to my progress. He never rushed our conversations and made sure there was plently of time for us to chat. He answered every single question I had and he did it in a way that was super easy to understand. one of the realest in the ecommerce game! Thanks to him, I now have a much better grasp on how to handle authenticity violations and feel confident if I get hit with this violation in the future.
