Understand that this is a class, you have to be willing to show up and learn and take notes and understand this doesn't just fall into your lap, you have to work for it and learn it. Its not just as easy as signing up and just jumping straight to trying to make deals. You get what you put into this as Richard says and that's so true. This discord has more than live classes every day that run from 7 to 12 hours a day. It also has many voice recordings you can listen to of real deals being closed so you can learn from them, it has tons of past lives you can rewatch. it has tons of tools like a calculator for your underwriting deals and emails that are already written for you to help you send your offers. It has 1 on 1s that's you can schedule a time with one of the team leaders to help you more if your not fully understanding it all after you have gone step by step through the channels. There is so much more i haven't listed. If you are on the fence about joining like i was i will tell you this, just take the leap and give your self some time to learn this and not get discouraged, understand this takes time, this is an investment into yourself. I took that leap and i have no regret's.
