Q: I’m pretty sure I applied the promo code and paid using applepay. Now what?

A: You will then either be directed to another browser to claim roles for the discord or sent an email to claim the roles to discord to get access to VIP.

Q: I just paid $10 for VIP and I haven’t received a email or nothing show up I used the promo code and the $10 was taken from my account what do I do ?

A: Thank you for reaching out! After you have paid you can go to your account and go under subscriptions! The asianlock subscription will show since you purchased and you can claim roles to join discord.

A: Hello, You should have got an email to claim discord roles to join VIP. If that doesn’t work please go to your whop & log in then go to subscriptions, click on AsianLocks then claim roles should redirect you to the VIP! Let us know if that works!
