We used this company to essentially drive customers to our remodel business. Anyone in this industry knows that the construction market for residential remodels, is an extremely tough market to get in front of the right customers. We tried many different approaches, thumbtack, Angie’s, you name it, those were really costly and the leads were not great. We had NextGen build us our own CRM system, so we could track clients from our website to signing a remodel contract. Troy was our advisor with NextGen, he was professional, helpful, and committed. Troy explained everything upfront and as we moved forward. NextGen used a software to create our system, from our website, voip phones, reception, marketing, & all the way to contract negotiations with the client, all tracked by the system they created.
