I'm Malik. I built Launchers Academy for the people who followed my journey and kept asking how I did it. I reached the goals I set out to pursue. Along the way, I recorded the lessons, decisions, experiments and work that got me there.

This is where I'm putting that knowledge so you can use it: teaching from the early days through later stages, practical resources, real examples and a place to ask questions. Start with one problem you want to solve. Learn the relevant idea. Put it to work. Show what changed.

You don't need a huge audience or a perfect plan. Bring a real goal and a willingness to apply what you learn.

How support works

The community is the place to ask me questions. It keeps the useful conversations together, where other members can learn from the answers too.

In the full-program community, post in Questions and Feedback. Tell me what you're working toward, what you've tried and where you're stuck. I respond asynchronously in the group. There isn't a private-call schedule or a guaranteed reply window.

Before you join: quick answers

Is everything free? The two introductory courses are free. The Career Toolkit and Growth Operator program are separate paid products.

Is this private coaching or a done-for-you service? No. You'll learn through recordings, resources, examples and community discussion. Private consultations, scheduled one-to-one calls, resume writing and done-for-you business services aren't included.

Do I have to watch everything? No. Choose the career or business path that matches your goal. Learn one idea, produce one useful output and return for the next step.

Are results guaranteed? No. Your results depend on your starting point, market and execution. The story posts and testimonial archives let you inspect real experiences and evidence, with their original context.
