After checking out dozens of trading whops, I’ve noticed most of them only offer signals and callouts with little to no guidance. I think it’s very important, especially for new traders, to understand the fundamentals behind every trade, which is why I was very excited to check out the Crystal Academy whop.
Crystal Academy was founded by Sierra Aaliyah and is a community that focuses on education first and foremost. The group also has several expert traders, including Sierra, who provide daily trade signals.
However, their primary goal is for members of all levels to understand the intricacies of trading instead of blindly following the team’s calls.

Crystal Academy is a project started by Sierra Aaliyah in 2023. Sierra got into trading at a very young age in March 2021 and primarily focuses on options.

Sierra is not alone in the group, though, as she’s recruited a bunch of analysts and experienced traders, including “Rico”, “Jaden”, and “Wall St.”. Thanks to the contributions of the entire team, Crystal Academy can provide well-researched signals on options and futures, as well as a ton of educational content around trading in general.

What initially drew me to check out Crystal Academy further was how much content was available on their whop. In fact, it’s one of the “most addicting” communities on Whop, with members spending thousands of minutes on the group’s whop.
Both free and premium members get access to major community announcements, the group’s forum for checking out posts from the team, and the Whop Wheel for daily prizes. Free members also get educational content in the form of YouTube videos from Sierra’s or Jaden’s channels.
Once you get a premium Crystal Academy membership, though, you’ll unlock a ton more educational content on the group’s whop. It all starts off with the “Beginner Series”, which is an ideal course for anyone just starting out trading.
There are also dedicated introductory courses for options and futures, as well as a beginner course on the psychology of trading. I found that last one very interesting since having the right mindset and psyche when trading is essential.
Each course consists of several video modules, which you can watch through Whop at your own pace. I briefly watched a few of them in each category and was very pleasantly surprised by how well Sierra and her team explained things.
Some of the courses are taught exclusively by one team member, while others are more collaborative efforts among several experts.
As you get more familiar with trading, you can move on to some of the more advanced courses on the group’s whop. There are courses for the different trading strategies the team members utilize for their signals, as well as more advanced psychology courses.
There are also the “Crystal Classes”, which are lessons by each of the group’s experts on different topics. They can range from simply discussing certain aspects of trading to actual live trading sessions, where you can see Sierra or another member of the team trade options or futures live.
The group’s Discord server
After thoroughly looking into the Crystal Academy whop, I headed to their Discord server to see what it had to offer. I found a simple and easy-to-navigate server with only a few sections and channels available.
I always like it when communities keep their servers simple and organized, so Crystal Academy gets a thumbs up in this aspect.
The first section I landed in was the “Start Here” section, which included a detailed onboarding process for new members. You can check out the community guidelines, get help with setting up your Discord and Whop account, and meet the team members.
There are also dedicated channels for server announcements and a monthly and daily class schedule channel.
Then there’s the “Crystal Academy” section for free members, which also includes a channel for international members to ask questions. Under the “General Education” section, you’ll find links for Zoom meetings with pre-market analyses, watchlists, and recaps when the trading day is over.
Next up is the “Beginner’s Corner”, which includes pretty much all the entry-level educational content you’ll find on the Crystal Academy whop. You’ll also find a channel explaining important trading terms and a channel showcasing all the trading platforms the team utilizes.
There’s also the “Crystal Callouts” section, which includes all the team’s daily signals. This section also features the stages for options and futures live calls, which happen frequently on Discord.
The final section in the server is saved for Diamond members. This is where premium members can find a dedicated chat room, as well as video recordings of all “Crystal Classes”. You can also find a bunch of additional Crystal resources and a special “Loss Journal” that’s ideal for noting down your mistakes and learning from them.
