At the early age of 14, my father started coaching me in the gym, but my main focus at the time was baseball. For me, the gym was a way to gain strength and hit the ball further—and it worked. After training with my father for some time, I decided his methods were outdated and began researching optimal training techniques, exercises, and nutrition.
