I was struggling to keep up with my fitness. I didn't have any idea where to start or how to keep up with tracking calories, and sticking to a workout, BUT this guy and his program right here really put me on the right track. I've been working out consistently and I've never felt better than I do right now!!! He's got meals and workout plans that come with the program that are really helpful to keep me going. I love it!

I haven’t been active since I was a kid but Eli has really helped me get the ball rolling on managing my health and fitness. He’s been a great resource on my journey and I’m enjoying being in his discord with people on the same path. I’m actually seeing the numbers drop on the scale now, I eat better, I have more energy, and I’m excited to put in the work and get fit. I’m amazed and I feel amazing!

I am a woman, can i still do these workouts without getting bulky?
Absolutely! Since you are a female, you don't produce enough testosterone to get "bulky" like a man. As long as you follow the plan and lose fat in the process of lifting weights; you will get lean & toned! Plus you will be doing the workout portion with my wife.
Can i keep up if i'm brand new to working out?
Yes! Any fitness level can do these workouts. What will be different for the rookie & the vet is the intensity & weight but not the exercises.
What's your cancellation policy?
Sad to see you go :( but just go to your last email from us a hit "Manage membership."
