Q: I have not received a response. I am only seeing alerts of positions already taken. Where are the entry alerts?

A: If you look above, there is timestamped entries, for example today i closed a postion on google that was alerted and openned a couple days ago, it is all there, you just have to watch the channel for alerts

We do not offer refunds for any subscription level. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Once I subscribe to the discord - how do I access the discord?

You must link your whop account to discord. You can find these steps w/pictures in the "Onboarding Guide".

How do I stay safe on the Discord platform?

Josh will never DM you, or send you a friend request. Be aware of SCAMMERS who are impersonating Josh & report them.

Is it possible to upgrade my subscription?

I'm getting a "time out" error code on the whop app when I try to link whop to discord. What do I do?
