Allow me to introduce myself—I'm Daijah Cobb, also known as The Army RN. With a rich background in both military service and nursing, I bring a unique blend of experiences to guide you on your journey. For the past eight years, I've proudly served in the Military, concurrently practicing as a registered nurse for the last four. My military journey began at the age of 18 when I enlisted in the Army National Guard as a 74D CBRN soldier. Fast forward four years, and I proudly walked away from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Transitioning seamlessly into travel nursing one year later, I ascended from the rank of E5 Sergeant to a commissioned Nurse Officer in the Army National Guard. Today, I balance my civilian career as a PRN Float Pool Nurse, attending drill weekends once a month as a Nurse Officer. At 26, I stand as a registered nurse in the civilian world and a dedicated nurse officer in the Military. While military service wasn't my initial goal, it unquestionably became my best decision. What began as a means to navigate nursing school evolved into a journey that opened countless doors. I'm excited to share my insights and experiences with you as you embark on your own extraordinary path. Join me, and let's chart your course to success together! ✨
