My name is Colton Holland, and I am the creator of the Kaizen Group, a community of those who are obsessed with becoming 1% better every single day! When I was younger, I despised being an average teen. I always thought I was meant to be more than a porn-obsessed, skinny fat teen who spent all of his time doing homework or rotting my brain on social media. That's when I knew I needed to change, and I dedicated my entire life to constantly improving.💪 I hated looking like an out-of-shape dad at the age of 15, so I got on a bulk and focused on building as much muscle as possible. However, I bulked too far. I got fat, and now looked even worse than I did before I started body building. I knew if I didn't lock in then, I'd go off the deep end and live the rest of my life being a fat mess. That's when I lost 28 lbs in 1 month, and over the span of 3 months I got shredded abs for the first time of my life (If you haven't experienced it yet, it's like becoming a whole new man). After overcoming the roughest times in my life, I have dedicated myself to mastering fitness, self improvement, and coaching others towards the same self-mastery. At that point the Kaizen Group was born, and now you can gain access to all of my knowledge and advice all in one place!🙌
