1. ONE ON ONE MENTORSHIP – is not financial advice nor is it meant to be used as suggestions for copycat trading. It is for educational and information purposes only so that you can learn strategies and levels enabling you to take trades yourself with a higher percentage of a green trade. Trading is very risky and dangerous. If you take trades, you should have your entry, stop loss and target(s) set. Remember @TheZenTrader always pays himself first, meaning he is usually ¾ out in profit and then let’s his partial run of course setting his stop loss for his partial at or above his entry. He will move his partial accordingly as the stock moves higher or lower if he is shorting. Occasionally he is ½ out taking several partials but always adjusting his partial. Once he is initially out into profit and adjusting his partials as described, “Paying himself first”, he ensures a “green” / “profitable” trade!

3. By purchasing any option of the One-on-One Mentorship, you acknowledge and agree that these terms and conditions are a binding contract between you and The Zen Zone and The Zen Trader.

All One-on-One Mentorships will be recorded and is the property of The Zen Zone/The Zen Trader, and you are not to share this one-on-one information with anyone as this One on One is tailored to you and maybe detrimental to another who is not able to ask their personal questions and clarify their own concerns and address their level of emotions and patience. Any post, message, or other information that you provide or contribute to The Zen Zone, or The Zen Trader is not confidential and may be publicly listed by us in any format or media. By providing information to The Zen Zone or The Zen Trader you give permission to The Zen Zone and The Zen Trader, their moderators, their officers, their agents, their employees, their successors, and their assigns to use the information you provided for any purpose including, but not limited to, the creation of podcasts, written articles, and other intellectual property in any medium or format. The Zen Zone and The Zen Trader shall have sole ownership of any intellectual property created based on the information that you provide us.

By submitting any post, message, or other information to The Zen Zone and/or The Zen Trader platforms you acknowledge that you have authority to submit this information and that the post, message, or other information is not subject to copyright nor violates any law. You will be personally responsible for any liability arising from your post, message or other information and agree to fully indemnify us if we are found liable for a post, message or other information provided by you.
7. Unless expressly authorized by The Zen Zone or The Zen Trader, members, followers, and other participants on our forum shall not and may not solicit other members, followers, and other forum participants for any reason whatsoever.

No member, follower or other forum participant or user may contact or obtain the information or data about any other member, follower or other forum participant for any marketing or business purpose. Included within this is any effort to “scrape” or otherwise collect the names of our members, followers, or other forum participants for any business or non-business purpose.
9. We may suspend a member, follower, or other forum participant for any reason and for no reason at all, to the extent permitted by law. There are NO refunds or partial refunds!
10. Our reputation and goodwill is of the essence of our business and any effort to slander, defame, publicly disclose private facts, or otherwise engage in any tortious interference in our prospective business advantage shall be actionable and subject to the violator to liquidated damages in an amount equal to the actual and consequential damages caused by the breach and the full amount of legal fees sought to bring a suit to stop such tortious conduct.
11. We make no representation, warranties, or promises about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, correctness, or timeliness of the discussion that may be held on our forum or other media in any format.

In no event shall We be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the information provided by us or posted on The Zen Zone or Zen Trader forums – this lack of liability applies whether the theory of liability is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. We are not liable for any personal injury caused by your use or misuse of information provided by us.
