Brotherless Brotherhood

My name is Darryl Vanzant II, a.k.a Dizy DJ. Ever since I was a child, I had an interest in sports and athletics. But I had many conditions that held me back such as allergies and asthma. Funnily enough, this didn’t stop me. I always enjoyed playing football and basketball, but I wasn’t the best. I did this all through grade school then gave it up. Fast forward to 2020 and I was at the lowest in my life. Out of shape, depressed, and lost. After dealing with this for months, I finally made the decision to try and change my life in late 2021 by doing home workouts. These workouts ignited my passion for fitness and sports all over again. In 2022, I started my weight lifting journey and have continued ever since. Now today, I aspire to not only document my journey, but to inspire/help other young guys who feel alone and want to make change. You’re fitness journey will be so worth it, so why wait?
