I would say it is the best place for anybody to get started.

Great for beginners, even beginners who have been dabbling with the stock market for over a year like myself. I know most people will probably jump into the market itching to make a buck but take my advise, go through this course a few times and start with paper trading. It will save you thousands of dollars. Take heed to what Scott says about "Having the Proper Mindset" because that is especially important in my opinion.
