A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO FITNESS TRAINING

This community is what I wish I had when I first started lifting

Having a coach to not only teach you but keep you accountable is of the utmost importance when trying to become the best version of yourself. This coaching will consist of costume training/ nutrition plans built specifically to your needs This can include strength, cardiovascular, mobility, speed, hypertrophy training and more.

Live video sessions will be done regularly to provide answers to any question and provide any additional information, or motivation necessary to help the user.

Training videos will be uploaded with detailed information on how the exercise should be performed to target the desired muscle group. Additional videos will be uploaded upon request

Weigh Ins and pictures can be uploaded to further identify tweaks that need to be resolved in the users plan and make sure the system is working with time.

Lastly, I just want to say that after 5+ years I’m extremely passionate about training and after seeing the excitement from my own achievement I have been stoked to share my knowledge and motivate others looking to experience the same satisfaction that I feel now. I will try my best to accelerate this journey but clicking that button only puts 15% of the work on me. I will motivate and push you but discipline is what will make you succeed.

At the early age of 14, my father started coaching me in the gym, but my main focus at the time was baseball. For me, the gym was a way to gain strength and hit the ball further—and it worked. After training with my father for some time, I decided his methods were outdated and began researching optimal training techniques, exercises, and nutrition. Soon, lifting became my primary focus, and I started to see exponential muscle growth and incredible strength increases. I realized that my love for lifting was the key to my success. It’s important to note that these gains didn’t happen overnight, but the system I created made the path toward my goals enjoyable.
