Whop supports the sale of products and services across various categories, subject to certain restrictions. For the safety of our users, prohibited or unlawful products and services may not be sold or offered, whether for free or for payment, on Whop or through Whop Payments. We reserve the right to remove any product or service under this policy or our Terms of Service at our discretion.

We may refund customers for transactions involving prohibited items and may withhold or forfeit payments if chargebacks, refund disputes, or legal liability arise.
If you see an item that may violate this policy, please contact support@whop.com
You may not use Whop to sell or offer any products or services that violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to laws regarding sanctions, money laundering, and terrorist financing. Sellers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, national, and international laws.
If you're unsure which laws apply to you, consider seeking advice from a qualified professional.
