Finding the right MLB bet every time is almost impossible. You want to trust your instinct or bet on your favorite pitcher every time they play, but this will rarely get you anywhere when it comes to profitability. That’s why you need a proper MLB picks community with experienced handicappers to do all the research and provide you with high-value plays.

Whop is home to a whole range of sports picks communities. Some focus solely on MLB betting, while others share picks across the whole spectrum of sports. If you want access to the best MLB picks possible from some of the industry’s best handicappers, this is the place to be.

Let's take a look at 14 of the top sports communities on Whop that offer MLB picks. I'll explore who they are and tell you all about my experience checking them out. After reviewing dozens of sports picks communities, I’ve got a few specific criteria I’m looking for and can confidently say each community on the list impressed me in one way or another.

What are MLB picks communities, and how do they work?

MLB communities are basically groups of sports bettors that tail plays from one or a few expert cappers. Why would you want to follow someone else’s picks? Because they’ve been doing it successfully for years, and they can save you a lot of time and effort researching your plays.

But what if you want to follow your own plays? You can certainly do so, but it’s usually sub-optimal. That’s because betting has become very accessible, thanks to online sports betting apps, making it very hard to find an edge against sportsbooks.

If you’re not looking through statistics and numbers for every bet you place or shopping among different apps for the best odds, you’re likely playing at a disadvantage. That’s where an expert handicapper comes in to do the research for you and provide his highest-confidence picks.

All of this assumes you’re into sports betting to maintain a profitable track record in the long run.

If you only want to place a few MLB bets every now and then, going for your own plays is just fine. But if you want to have a shot at beating expert bookmakers, you need expert handicappers by your side.

Whop’s premier MLB picks communities

Now, let’s jump into our list of the top MLB picks groups on Whop.

Some are purely MLB-focused, while others give out picks on all sports, including MLB.

Each of the communities below caught my eye for different reasons, and I’d like to share them all so you can choose the one that best fits your needs.

1. GoldBoys

gbjd

Starting off our list is GoldBoys. The group has thousands of members and dozens of active handicappers providing daily plays on all sports.

As you can imagine, there are several professional MLB cappers in GoldBoys, and you can choose to only tail them by enabling the correct notifications. What’s great about the GoldBoys cappers is every one of them specializes in a unique betting type, so you’ll have a lot of variety to choose from.

GoldBoys also prides itself on being a community for all levels of bettors. Newcomers, in particular, will find several educational channels and different chat rooms to ask any questions they want. The group even offers a 1 on 1 guidance program, where a member of the team will help you personally with any specific issues you have.

Pricing: Despite offering so many features and daily picks, GoldBoys maintains an average membership cost of $50 for complete access to the entire server. They don’t really give you any additional pricing options, but they do run a limited supply of lifetime memberships, which currently go for around $1,500.

2. KingCap Sports

kingcapsports

Coming up next is KingCapSports. This is one of the most popular sports betting groups on Whop, and it's no surprise to find that the owner - KingCap - has been betting professionally for over 12 years.

With KingCapSports, you get plays on every major American league - including MLB. You also get access to the Guess the Score app, where you can win money by guessing a game score, a Twitter Tracker to follow all of KingCap's tweets, and giveaways with the Whop Wheel. So, you get high quality MLB picks - and a whole lot of fun.

Pricing: There's a free and paid membership on offer. The free membership comes with access to contests, giveaways, resources, and a few free picks. But if you want full access to the community and the MLB bets, then you can pay $50 for 1-day access, $150 for a weekly subscription, or $400 a month.

3. Beat the Books

beathteoboks

When I first stumbled upon Whop’s Sports Picks section, Beat the Books was the first community that drew my attention. It’s one of the few groups that has truly stood the test of time and has amassed such a large following of 50K+ members and over a thousand five-star reviews on Whop.

What’s really surprising is that Beat the Books doesn’t offer any extraordinary services. They just excel at the few things they provide. You get access to 10 world-class sports handicappers who specialize in all major leagues, including the MLB. They study all relevant stats and data every day to come up with high-value picks and parlays.

The group also tracks every single bet using a third-party app, which all members get free access to. In their first two years of operations, they’ve managed thousands of units in profits, which is truly noteworthy.

If you’re a novice bettor, you’ll appreciate the bankroll management tips and strategies you’ll find at Beat the Books, as well as their 1-on-1 conversations with a team rep to help you navigate the group.

Pricing: Beat the Books comes in at a price point of $49.99 a month. This is on par with similar communities, and you definitely get a lot of value if you consider the group’s results. You can also pay $34.99 on a bi-monthly basis, $599.99 on an annual basis, or fork out $1,250 for a lifetime membership.

4. TrustMySystem

trustmysystem

TrustMySystem is huge on Whop. Right now is is the 'Most addicting whop', with over 10,000 members collectively spending 70,000 minutes in the group daily - and that's just the paid whop! The free whop has almost 84,000 members.

So, why is TrustMySystem so popular? Well, TMS - the person behind TrustMySystem, is another veteran bettor, having spent years in the game.

Back to MLB - TrustMySystem covers all major American leagues, including the MLB. If you're interested in player props, then you can become a TMS Player Props member and get daily props across NBA, Tennis, Soccer, and MLB.

The group specializes in money lines and spreads. Depending on what package you choose, you could get access to a huge community of active members, daily slips (up to $50k!), reports and insights, and access to the Guess the Score app and Giveaways app.

Pricing: TrustMySystem offers three different memberships. TMS free plays is, as it sounds, free. TMS Heavy Hitter is $9.99 per week, and TMS Player Props is also $9.99 per week.

snewj

Now, let's move on to SnewJ Props. This is another huge community, with over 130,000 members between the different membership options.

SnewJ - aka Sam - has been professionally betting for more than 10 years. Again, this is not an MLB-focused whop, as SnewJ specializes in a range of sports and bet types. This includes expert-researched MLB picks and daily straight plays for MLB.

The great thing about SnewJ Props is the variety of options available. If you're a new bettor and simply want to tail Sam's player props for a couple of days, then you can do that - but if you want Sam to take care of your bankroll for you, then you can choose that option.

With SnewJ Props, you can get player prop picks, straight plays, and even bankroll management. You also get access to detailed guides, a Guess the Score app, giveaways through the Whop Wheel, and, of course, a huge community of fellow bettors.

Pricing: Firstly, you can get free lifetime access, but you only get to access the chat here, not the picks and plays. Then, there is a Player Props” membership for $9.99 every two days, $14.99 a week, or $39.99 a month. You can also choose the “Straight Plays” package that only comes with a single plan for $49.95 a month.

6. Locker Room

Locker Room banner

Now, we come to the final mention in our roundup of the best sports picks groups for MLB plays. The Locker Room is one of our newer groups, having joined Whop in early 2025. But the owner, Clark Williams, is certainly not a sports betting newbie, with hundreds of thousands of followers as a popular social media sports capper.

Here, you can get daily plays on a range of sports, with props, parlays, and lottos. But Clark does more than just hand out picks - he teaches you how to become a better bettor. As a member, you get access to a “Bettors Guide” with advanced bankroll management tips. You also get to see each capper's bets in the “Nightly Recaps” section. Plus, if you have any issues, you can raise a ticket to easily get your problems solved.

Pricing: This is the most simple pricing structure we have seen so far in this list, with just a single membership to The Locker Room. It costs $32 per month, and you get Clark's plays, the Whop Wheel, lotto-style picks, and community picks.

7. CHEESELOCKS

cheeselocks

CHEESELOCKS may sound more like a restaurant than a like a sports picks group, but this is sports whop that has over 10,000 happy members between the free and paid options.

CHEESELOCKS was founded by “Cheesaholic”, a sports capper and YouTuber. The group itself is fun to be in, with a well-designed whop server. But we aren't here to talk about that - we want to find the best picks, specifically MLB picks.

Cheesaholic and the CHEESELOCKS team provide high quality picks to all their members. The group specializes in parlays, including same-game parlays, player props, and lottos. The parlays span a range of sports, including, but not limited to, MLB.

This is another whop with plenty of member benefits. When you join CHEESELOCKS you can get access to giveaways, Guess the Score, the Whop Wheel, and Premium Picks.

Pricing: As a free member you can get free parlay picks, a chance to spin the Whop Wheel for prizes, and a huge community to chat with. 8. ParlayScience

ParlayScience

Going by their name, I’m sure you can tell what kind of bets you’ll find at ParlayScience. This is a group that’s been around for several years and has 5K+ premium members and hundreds of thousands of followers on their social media pages.

The ParlayScience team includes several veteran handicappers with decades of combined experience. They mostly specialize in parlay bets from all major sports, including the MLB. Their daily parlays include different kinds of slips, such as safer bankroll builders or huge lottos with massive odds.

Naturally, you shouldn’t expect to hit these kinds of slips every single day. Where the group succeeds is opting for the highest-value legs for all their parlay bets to ensure the maximum chance to hit. They achieve this through meticulous analysis and follow a strict data-driven approach.

You can tail each capper separately and learn from their in-depth write-ups, in which they explain their thought process. The server also has a bunch of guides for newcomers to learn the right betting philosophy and bankroll management strategy.

Pricing: If you want the full package from ParlayScience, it’ll cost you $40 a month. You can also pay $25 every two weeks, or $400 for an annual membership. I think there’s great value in this membership, as the price is slightly lower than similar groups and the services you get are excellent.

richforever

RichForeverBets is a sports picks group that wants you to get rich, and boasts an impressive 80% success rate for picks. Where to get the best MLB picks

I’m sure you’re wondering how you can find the perfect MLB community for you. After going through dozens of groups in all sports, I’ve nailed down what I think are the most important factors you should be judging each group on.

Community features

This is a broader category that basically includes everything that’s not MLB sports picks. Do you want wide sports coverage to ensure you have something to bet on during the offseason?

Are you after a social and interactive community or a private group where you won’t get to talk to anyone? Do you want access to educational content, betting tools, projections, cheat sheets, etc., or not?

These questions will help you figure out what exactly you want from an MLB community and will help narrow down your selection. It’s important to sort all the features you want by importance, as it’s unlikely you’ll find all of them in the same group.

Proven track record

If you want great results, you need to find communities that have achieved them in the past. Even if it doesn’t guarantee any future success, looking for communities with good hit rates and ROI numbers is a must. It will ensure they’ve at least got the fundamentals down and have a winning mentality.

Don’t get too attached to these numbers, though, as they’re pretty easy to inflate by placing only specific bets in particular odds ranges. Do your research into each group, try a few out, and see how they perform and whether you vibe with the community’s handicappers.

Price point

Sometimes, the price is just a number and doesn’t indicate the actual value you’ll get from a community. For instance, a $1,000 monthly subscription may end up being much more valuable to you than a $100 one if you end up profiting thousands of dollars with the first while only breaking even with the second.

Obviously, you want to pay a price within reason based on your spending capacity. It doesn't make sense to go for a $500 monthly subscription if you’re only working with a bankroll of a few thousand dollars.

Personally, I’d start off with a premium membership of around 10% of my total bankroll and see how it goes. If you start winning, you can consider jumping up to a more expensive one.

They strive to provide the best picks possible, relying on stats, data, and numbers to give members the best shot at maintaining long-term profitability. After all, sports bettors know they won’t hit every single play – their goal is to hit consistently in the long run.
