Most of the time, trading is about experience and results. If you can combine the two, then you’ll have a successful trading Discord server. That’s basically what Oculus Trading has been doing for the past few years.
The group is led by Oculus, a very experienced trader with a unique approach and some great results to back it up. The Oculus Trading community will also give you access to unique tools and resources for trading, as well as a vibrant community with tens of thousands of members.

Who’s behind Oculus Trading?
The creator of Oculus Trading is “Oculus” (aka @Oculustrade). He’s been trading professionally for 7+ years and is a self-proclaimed “$SPY King”. His unique approach and strategies earned him significant profits at a very young age, which is definitely impressive.
Oculus began trading publicly in 2020 and has gathered a huge following of 100K+ members since then. He established the Oculus Trading Discord group in 2022 to provide all his trading insights and experience to his most loyal members.
It's clear to see that Oculus has been doing an amazing job since he’s got dozens of positive reviews on Whop, as well as the Whop Verified badge, an indicator of his excellent services. Not to mention, the community has a whopping 27K+ members, with several thousands of them being VIP members, which is something I rarely come across.
Joining the Oculus Trading Discord server
When I was done claiming my Oculus Trading VIP membership, I immediately jumped into the Discord server. I found a very organized group with distinct sections for each of its features and clearly labeled sections and channels.
What I didn’t find was some kind of onboarding process or even a welcome guide explaining what each channel is about. It’s not hard to figure it out on your own, but I appreciate communities that do their utmost to help accommodate new members.
The first thing I checked out was the server’s disclaimer and terms and conditions. Then I looked at some of the group’s recent results and profitable trades members had posted. There’s also a dedicated channel for member testimonials in case you want to check them out.
Oculus Trades caters to both paid and free members, and there’s a dedicated “Free Chat” channel in the group’s “Lobby” section for all non-paying members.
Daily trade alerts
Now let’s get into the primary sections of the Oculus Trading Discord server – the actual trade alerts channels. I’ll start off with the “Oculus VIP Alerts”, which is essentially the channel where Oculus shares his daily trades.
He usually accompanies them with in-depth explanations of his thought process, different charts, and specific targets he’s looking at. The channel is a bit all over the place, but he keeps track of all his trades and provides frequent recaps showing his progress.
In addition to Oculus' alerts, you also get daily pings from the group’s analysts. The team currently includes four experienced analysts, each focusing on different types of trades and financial instruments. You can check them out to see who fits your style best and claim the corresponding roles from the “React for Alerts” channel.
When you’re not actively trading, you can hang out with other members in the “Exclusive” section. This is where you’ll find a private chat room, a premium voice channel, and a channel for “Members Ideas”.
There’s also a dedicated section for members to share their futures trade ideas, too.
Advanced trading tools and resources
Besides excellent trade alerts, Oculus Trading also provides unique algorithm tools to help you in your trades. Specifically, you get access to a bunch of Discord bots from Tradytics, which can have very different use cases.
For example, there’s a Tradytics bot that informs you of stock breakouts, another for options sweeps, and a bot with all the important news for the day. There’s even an “Insider Bot” that will alert you when there’s big movement or large transactions on specific stocks.
Oculus also provides a ton of resources for all members, starting off with his “Oculus Rules”. This is basically a ruleset Oculus has put together to help new members understand how to trade more effectively based on his strategies.
Another useful resource for newcomers to trading is the “Beginner Course”. This short guide will explain all the fundamentals of trading, technical and fundamental analysis, risk management, and even its mental aspects.
And if you’re a more advanced trader, there’s the “Oculus Advanced Course” and “Oculus Expert Course” with even more detailed insights and trading tips.

Admittedly, the monthly cost for Oculus Trading is quite high. In fact, it’s one of the highest I’ve seen among similar communities. Then again, Oculus and his team have a ton of experience and success behind them, so it basically comes down to whether you think there’s enough value in the group to justify the price.

All in all, I had a really great time at Oculus Trading. I learned a lot from Oculus and the other analysts and watched them pull out some massive trades during my short stay on their Discord server.
For a community with such a huge member count, I think it can increase in size even more, especially considering Oculus’ following on social media. Still, I’d like to see a few aspects improving slightly. A great example could be a dedicated onboarding process to draw in novice traders who might be put off by the high membership cost.
Nevertheless, I think you’ll gain enough value from Oculus Trading to justify its membership cost.
And with tens of thousands of like-minded individuals in the community, you’ll get many opportunities to network and socialize.
