Launch a branded neobank in one click. Whop's Neobank blueprint ships with payments, balances, virtual cards, payouts and stablecoin rails built in.
Any brand, business, or platform can now launch its own neobank with Whop.
Our Neobank blueprint is a working template built on Whop, with payment acceptance, balances, card issuing and payouts already wired up.
Apply it from the Blueprints page, make it yours with Whop AI, the CLI, or embedded elements, and let your customers hold, send and spend money under your name.
What is a neobank?
When you strip away the branding, every neobank does the same four jobs.
It accepts payments, so money can come in. It holds a balance, so that money has somewhere to sit. It issues cards, so the balance can be spent. And it pays out, so money can leave to a bank account or a wallet.

On Whop, each of those four jobs is a public API endpoint.
Payments, balances, cards and payouts already run at scale for the businesses selling on Whop today, and the same endpoints are open to anyone building on the platform.
The Neobank blueprint wires those four endpoints together with Whop Elements – drop-in interface components – and turns them into a finished product that works on day one.
Keep the elements and restyle them. Swap one out for your own interface. Or skip the interface entirely and build on the raw endpoints.
The four jobs stay the same; how much of the blueprint you keep is up to you.
Why launch a neobank?
If money moves through your product, someone else earns on every dollar.
A marketplace that collects from buyers and pays out sellers, a gig or services platform paying workers, an agency invoicing clients and paying contractors – in each case, the platform generates the volume and hands it to a bank or payments provider that keeps the fees, holds the float, and owns the financial relationship with the users.
A neobank switches that flow.
Your sellers, workers or partners hold a balance with you instead of waiting on a payout to an outside bank.
They get a virtual card with your name on it and spend straight from that balance. They pay each other inside your product. And because you set the fees on all of it, you earn on the volume you already generate.

The account, the card and the payments all live inside your product, so your users come back every time they spend, not just when they buy from you.
Whop has already built that infrastructure layer: the banking and card relationships, identity verification, fraud controls, payouts.
The Neobank blueprint puts your brand on top of it.
How it works:
Once you create your neobank via the blueprint, onboarding is simple. Your users sign in with Whop, an account is created for them on the spot, and they pass KYC without leaving your website or app.
From there, each user has a balance, a virtual card to spend from it, a way to withdraw to a bank account or wallet, and a way to get paid via a checkout link or invoice that lands money straight in their balance.
| Feature | What users can do |
|---|---|
| Balance | See what they hold, in fiat and stablecoin |
| Deposits | Add money by bank transfer or crypto on-ramp, on 11 chains, in around 20 tokens including USDC, USDT and PYUSD |
| Invoicing | Get paid with an invoice or checkout link; the payment lands in their balance |
| Transfers | Send money to anyone else on your neobank |
| Cards | Spend from their balance with a virtual card, with limits you set; freeze or cancel any time |
| Withdrawals | Off-ramp to a linked bank account or crypto wallet |
| Activity | See every dollar in and out |
| KYC | Verify their identity in a drop-in step, with no separate flow for you to build |
| Swaps | Convert between currencies, stablecoins, or assets like BTC and gold |
Behind the scenes, each user is a sub-account of your business on Whop, which is what gives them all of that from day one.
You see the money moving through your neobank from one reports view.

Make it your own
Whop blueprints aren't just a page design or a theme. Each one is a working product, wired up and live once you deploy it.
What you add is your brand and your users.
The Neobank blueprint lives alongside the Ecommerce, Software, Creative Agency, Gym and Service blueprints, which thousands of businesses have already deployed from.
Hit "Apply" and you have a business with a live neobank site. From there, three ways to make it yours:
- Describe what you want changed, your brand, your colors, your name on the card, the features you want front and center, and Whop AI rebuilds it for you, no engineering team required.
- Edit the code directly and redeploy with the Whop CLI; every deploy is versioned, so you can roll back.
- Take the individual elements and embed them in an app you already have.
If you have an audience that moves money, you can give them a bank with your name on it.
How your neobank earns
You set the terms for your neobank, and you set them everywhere money moves: deposits, payments, transfers, and card spend.
Every fee shows up in the activity feed, for you and for your users, so there is nothing hidden on either side.
Whop charges a base fee when money moves, and you decide what your users pay on top. The difference is your revenue.
Say your platform pays out to 2,000 sellers a month and you add $1 to each transfer. That's $2,000 a month for a fee your users barely notice, on money that was moving anyway. Scale the volume or the markup and it grows with you.
Set a different fee for every kind of movement, from deposits and payments to transfers, swaps and card spend, and every fee is shown in the activity feed to you and to your users, so nothing is hidden on either side.

There's also cashback ability. You write the rule and fund it from your own balance: 5% back on purchases from your own store, 2% back on everything for the first 90 days, a bonus rate for your top sellers.
Every rule has a rate, a merchant or category, a start and end date, and a scope, so you know exactly what it costs before you switch it on.
Your competitors' banks give your users nothing for spending on your platform. Yours can.
Create your own neobank with Whop
The Neobank blueprint runs on the same infrastructure Whop uses for payments, balances, cards, and payouts, with one of the largest stablecoin onramps in the world.
Your users can fund an account by bank transfer or on-chain and it settles into one balance either way.
All you have to decide is whether the money moving through your platform keeps flowing to someone else's bank, or starts flowing through yours.
